Manager, Business Systems & Applications

Responsibilities

Responsible for system hardware and application software implementation and upgrades; project work plans and timelines and overall project management.
Coordinate and collaborates with business and functional users to manage application and system implementation or enhancement, training options and support.
Perform system administration activities, which include coordinating and managing the purchasing, installation, and configuration of system and related application software.
Manage the adoption and promotion of digital technologies across the organization.
Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and engagement for applications and systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Information Systems or other computer related course. With experience in programming, software or web designing, digital transformation.
Knowledge of computer technology
Technical knowledge of digital technologies and tools such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, CMS, analytics
Coding processes
Good understanding of information architecture, UX principles and Search Engine Optimization

Project Support, System Analyst

Responsibility

Responsible for the management and support of ICT's critical systems. (e.i NetSuite ERP and CRM)
Assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
Serve as project leader by actively participating in the development of systems, testing, quality control, and implementation
Coordinate with end user, software vendors and developer, ensuring all information is available to meet the intended quality of the system.
Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
Conduct in-dept testing of the solution including data migration, system configuration and documentation.
Provide ongoing support to users through training, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Create and maintain ICT related policy and guidelines.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years work experience in the ICT Field
Knowledge in project management
Experience in full Software Development Lifecycle
Must have sound knowledge of Databases, Programing Languages, Operating Systems and Online Platforms specially NetSuite CRM and ERP
Good understanding of SaaS/Paas Models
Business Case Development and familiarity on modeling techniques and methods
Requirements Engineering and Cost Benefit Analysis
