Responsibilities

• Responsible for system hardware and application software implementation and upgrades; project work plans and timelines and overall project management.
• Coordinate and collaborates with business and functional users to manage application and system implementation or enhancement, training options and support.
• Perform system administration activities, which include coordinating and managing the purchasing, installation, and configuration of system and related application software.
• Manage the adoption and promotion of digital technologies across the organization.
• Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and engagement for applications and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems or other computer related course. With experience in programming, software or web designing, digital transformation.
• Knowledge of computer technology
• Technical knowledge of digital technologies and tools such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, CMS, analytics
• Coding processes
• Good understanding of information architecture, UX principles and Search Engine Optimization
