Responsibility
- Responsible for the management and support of ICT’s critical systems. (e.i NetSuite ERP and CRM)
- Assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
- Serve as project leader by actively participating in the development of systems, testing, quality control, and implementation
- Coordinate with end user, software vendors and developer, ensuring all information is available to meet the intended quality of the system.
- Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
- Conduct in-dept testing of the solution including data migration, system configuration and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to users through training, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain ICT related policy and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years work experience in the ICT Field
- Knowledge in project management
- Experience in full Software Development Lifecycle
- Must have sound knowledge of Databases, Programing Languages, Operating Systems and Online Platforms specially NetSuite CRM and ERP
- Good understanding of SaaS/Paas Models
- Business Case Development and familiarity on modeling techniques and methods
- Requirements Engineering and Cost Benefit Analysis
