Leadership Communities (LeadCom) is a year-long community-based youth development program to help participants unleash their potential to make meaningful change in their localities. Teams of youth leaders are trained in project management, provided a seed fund, and given access to mentors to enable them to become steward leaders who can effectively manage projects that respond to the needs of their communities.
